The Division of Pediatric Genetics & Endocrinology adopts a family-centered, cross-team integrated care model, combining the Genetic Center, Molecular Genetic Diagnostic Unit, Social Work Department, Nutrition Department, Health Education Center, Rare Disease Drug Logistics Center, Rare Diseases Foundation, and various patient groups to provide family genetic counseling, nutrition and health education counseling, rare drug and medical resource applications, patient group operation and referral collaboration, and case management and follow-up. We hope to integrate clinical care resources, to provide best care for vulnerable families, and to offer the professional counseling and preventive policy recommendations.
